RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

Renneigh and Co take no responsibility once the product(s) have been delivered or picked up. This includes any damage that occurred while the product was transported by client.
Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
Some types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase via email.

Refund and Cancellation Policy
Our policy lasts 7 days from the date the gift box is received. If 7 days have gone by since your product(s) have been received, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
Due to a demand for orders we have to prepare orders 2-3 days before the arrival date.
Any cancellations made 2 days or more in advance before the event date, will receive a full refund. If you notify us less than 2 days before the event date and we have already prepared your product, we can provide a 50% refund for the cancellation.
